Mona Kareem will be doing a virtual reading with Bennington College on Tuesday, April 20 at 2:10 PM. Mona Kareem, translator for Except for This Unseen Thread, is the author of several poetry collections as well as a trilingual chapbook titled Femme Ghosts. Her translations include Octavia Butler’s Kindred into Arabic (Takween Publishing) and Ashraf Fayadh’s Instructions Within (The Operating System). This event is part of Bennington Translates.
