Steve Dalachinsky was born in 1946, in Brooklyn, New York right after the last big war and has managed to survive lots of little wars. He is the author of The Final Night (UDP 2006), In Glorious Black & White (UDP 2005) and contributed collages to The Race Poems (UDP 2004). He lives in New York City. Warren Smith is an American jazz percussionist, known as a contributor to Max Roach's M'boom ensemble and leader of the Composer's Workshop Ensemble (Strata-East). Edith Lettner’s interests lie primarily in jazz, free improvisation, African music and music from diverse regions in the Middle East. She plays alto and soprano saxophone and duduk, an Armenian woodwind instrument. Admission fee is $10.
