Jen Bervin reads for the project premier of Silk Poems, a poem written nanoscale in the form of a silk biosensor. This project included consulting nanotechnology and biomedical labs as well as over thirty international textile archives, medical libraries, and sericulture sites in North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
What you will see: a nanoimprinted poem on silk film through a microscope, a reading version of the poem, a video on the Silk Poems research by Charlotte Lagarde, and twenty-two incredible artists’ work.

Explode Every Day will be on view through March 2017. RSVP to Kate Carr at 413.664.4481 x8112 or kcarr@massmoca.org.
