A unique gathering of voices representing the past, present and future of poetry breathe new life into the form as they stir the audience’s imagination.  Featuring Nora Gould, Sue Goyette, Priscilla Uppal, and Joshua Edwards.  I see my love more clearly from a distance by Nora Gould is a poem with a light touch that peels back layers of one family’s life to reveal love, death and endurance mixed in with soil, sun and sorrow.Sue Goyette presents two collections of poetry, Ocean and Outskirts, which reveal how curiousity, empathy and awe can help the world see a way forward.Joshua Edwards directs and co-edits Canarium Books. He’s the author of Campeche (with photographs by his father, Van Edwards) and the translator of Mexican poet María Baranda’s Ficticia.
