La Deliciosa Show: Poetry Readings

Five contemporary poets engaging translation, speculation, and history will read from recent books on independent presses. This event will feature readings by Steven Alvarez, Marie Buck, Karen Emmerich, Nicole Sealey, and Javier Zamora.
The evening will be hosted in a site-specific installation titled La Deliciosa Show, conceived by the artist Radamés “Juni” Figueroa as part of the High Line’s open-air group exhibition, Mutations, which looks at how boundaries between the natural world and culture are defined, crossed, and obliterated.
