Studio Dynaco: Hoa Nguyen and Shanna Compton

HOA NGUYEN is the author of four full-length collections of poetry including As Long As Trees Last, (Wave, 2012) and Red Juice, Poems 1998–2008 (Wave, 2014). Born in the Mekong Delta, Nguyen currently lives in Toronto where she curates a reading series and teaches poetics privately and at Ryerson University.
SHANNA COMPTON is the author of Brink (2013), For Girls & Others (2007), Down Spooky (2005), and several chapbooks. A book-length speculative poem called The Hazard Cycle is forthcoming. She is the founder of the Bloof Books collective and works as a freelance editor and book designer. shannacompton.com
