[UDP:D] Book Talk: Aaron Cohick, Meghan Forbes & Emily Larned
A show-and-tell with visiting artists / publishers / book makers
Aaron Cohick is a book artist, proprietor of NewLights Press, and Printer of The Pressat Colorado College.
Meghan Forbes is the founder and co-editor of harlequin creature, an arts & literary journal letterpressed and typed on typewriters. The harlequin creature collective brings the typewriters used in the journal’s production to public spaces for creative writing workshops with children, the first of which was held at Salt & Cedar. She is a doctoral candidate at the University of Michigan, with a special interest in the interwar Czech avant-garde.
Emily Larned is an artist and printer, co-founder of Impractical Labor in Service of the Speculative Arts, former president of Booklyn, publisher of Red Charming and many zines, and Chair of Graphic Design at SASD, University of Bridgeport.

* For all readings there will be a suggested donation of $5, unless otherwise noted. We welcome
any additional amounts to help defray the cost of bringing in presenters.
