Sunday, February 8, 1–5pm (1-day seminar)/ In-person at the UDP Studio

Four hours in the UDP print shop will introduce participants to letterpress printing on a Provisional Press, and how that translates to other machines. We’ll cover design, ink mixing, typesetting with lead and wood type, and weird things you can print on. Everyone will take home a letterpress project of their own devising—short broadsides, chapbook covers, cards, protest signs, etc.

All materials included. Participants will be asked to come prepared with a short text to print, if desired.
