Workshops & Seminars

UDP editors, authors, and staff teach one-day seminars and four-session workshops on writing, poetics, letterpress printing, and bookmaking. Workshops and seminars are either free or affordably priced and are usually limited to 8 to 10 participants. They are open to community members regardless of prior experience and are held online or our studio, located at the Old American Can Factory (232 Third Street #E-303, in Gowanus, Brooklyn). In the coming years, we look forward to serving more writers, artists, and community members with an expanded slate of programs in our studio and online.
